Judy Smith

Hi, I’m Judy
I’ve been in the Healing/Health Care Arts, both Complimentary and Medical since the 70’s.

My expertise in Stress Management began on a personal journey when I took a close look at my Life and was quite amazed how I had coped with such heavy stressors: Stress of losing what I thought was a strong and trusted marriage, Stress of losing my parents to a murder/suicide, Stress of working in a busy Hospital Emergency Room, Stress of 2 near death experiences, Stress of chronic pain and the tragic loss of a dear Nephew.

So as I looked back on this journey I found I had learned several modalities of Stress Management that actually worked.

I’ve chosen to work with 2 of the Best Nurses I know.

Nurses are the heart of Health Care.

We offer the best, most valued and trusted Stress Management therapies.

Stress can show up anywhere, Body-Mind-Spirit. It can affect every part of our lives.

Allow us the opportunity to help you through some of the most Joyous and Worst moments of life.

We are dedicated with a desire to serve.

“Every day may not be wonderful, but there is something wonderful in every day”

Roberta Backstrom

Hello, my name is Roberta. I am an RN with more than 40 years’ experience in many areas of medicine.

About 25 years ago I became interested in alternative medicine for my health when challenged with very high levels of mercury from dental work. I learned much about detoxing and gut health.

Then 18 years ago I was faced with stage 3 breast cancer, I did the traditional approach to treatment (chemo, mastectomy, more chemo, radiation and 5 years of tamoxifen).

I also did many alternative and complimentary treatments and approaches for healing. It was during that time that Judy Smith encouraged me to become a Colon Hydro Therapy provider and work with her, which I did.

I continue to work as a nurse in Surgery Centers and remain very active in alternative and complimentary approaches to health and healing. In my spare time I love to travel, love Broadway theater and Disneyland.

DALE ANNE O’NEILL

As a graduate of USC, Dale was steeped in Western Medicine working as a physician assistant/nurse practitioner for over 20 years. In the hospital she worked primarily in the Operating Room and Orthopedics. Eventually she had her own private practice in West Los Angeles for five years where, like her peers, she doled out prescriptions in support of the pharmaceutical companies.

Her personal journey down the alternative medicine path was born out of her own desperate need to find relief from debilitating back pain. Like so many others, she was told to “have surgery or live with it.”

Over the past 15+ years her studies in holistic, alternative therapies have brought her to a focus on nutrition (appropriate diet, targeted supplementation and alkaline water) and biofeedback.

Our ancestors successfully used food as both nutrition and medicine for eons. By giving the body what it needs and relieving the effects of stressors, the body will do what it does best…heal!

As a certified biofeedback specialist and a certified nurse nutritionist she has found these therapies to be the quickest, safest and most efficacious way to help her clients regain their health and zest for life!
